I have been working at Newell Rubbermaid full-time
Pros – Excited company culture, products that sell themselves, excellent work/life balance, perks, 401k match, great people throughout.
Cons – Occasional manufacturing issues but full disclosure on root and solution timeline. Sometimes the paper work is excessive and takes a toll on sales.
Advice to Senior Management – End repeat work. Hold people more accountable.
