Pros

Really open to try new technology, people is really engaged with the company,

Cons

they keep losing good people, Newmont doesnt even care to do an exit interview. Growth is really slow.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop wasting money is stupid bikes and use it to attract good people (not Hell's angels members) and do everything you can to retain your talent, mining companies are looking for skilled people.

    Company wanting tio implement significant change

    Slow to react and implement change
    Not willing to provide sufficient resources to complet the changes required.
    Lack of suitabkle systems and processes
    salaries not in the upper quartile of the inductry which are affecting the ability to attract and retain top performers.

    Significant increases in resources are required to implement the lomg term vision. Failure to pay market leading salaries is affecting the ability to attract and retain top performers.
