Laid back, good perks like free food in the kitchen, challenging work, fun coworkers, and good salary compared to other offers I received.
Cons
Long hours (10 to 7PM with an hour lunch), sometimes a little bit disorganized...but that's ok considering it's a small company. Very profit centric which is good but stifles creativity a little.
Advice to Senior Management
Explain things better to engineers when they ask. A little bit of knowledge goes a long way. Sometimes hard to know what other people in the company are doing.

WOW!! I love your definition of long hours! I hope I can work every day 10-7pm with ONE HOUR LUNCH 5 days a week!
In face, if I can work 10-7 (with an hour-lunch) for the rest of my career, I'll be so happy.
