*Vacation days and sick days are combined, so a lot of people who are sick come into work to infect their coworkers.
*Very little privacy or personal space. You often share a cube with 3 other people.
*Ridiculous productivity tracking system. You feel like a lawyer, logging your time in 6 minute increments.

Advice to Senior Management

*Allow working from home at least once a month.
*Get rid of the productivity tracking system. It's demoralizing and makes it seem like you don't trust the employees.
