    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - Free food, gym, trainers and laundry; but you're expected to basically live in the office. - You get to meet some really great people. Unfortunately they don't stick around for long.

    Cons

    - Management likes to talk. A lot. Most of the time what they say is far from the truth or simply them boasting. - This company is a flat organization at its worst. It results in micro managing and therefore anyone else's opinion is always suppressed. - Extra long hours, often wasted on projects that never go through. - The drinking culture in the office does not make a good work environment. it produces employees with drinking problems.

    Advice to Management

You been lucky enough to make it this far without talent or a proper professional background. Some of your employees are really talented and accomplished. So please, stop wasting their time.

I worked at Next Jump as an intern

    Pros

    1. Free gym and free training classes 2. Free dinner and snacks 3. If you can take the pressure, you will become a star quickly.

    Cons

    1. Work load is heavy. Work hour is long, more than 10 hours on average and deadlines are short. If you are unlucky to get into a busy team, the chance of staying overnight coding is high and then nonstop bug fixing and changing code because the business requirement constantly change. 2. Everything comes from CEO and the senior managers just nod (the ones don't agree cannot stay long), graphic designers make the mocks CEO wants and programmers code over night. There are no proper testings, no testing cases written, no regression testing running, just manual testing. There are so many releases going on everyday. Programmers spend disproportional amount of time fixing bugs than coding 3. turn over rate is high.
