“Average”
Current Employee – been working at NextGen
Pros – Down to Earth Staff, some Managers are resourceful, Stay busy with projects, Benefit package was a plus, Remote employees are accepted
Cons – Compensation is below market, Job security is questionable at this time, Overtime is mandatory, outource work overseas when there are people to work
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the ideas staff have since they are the ones bringing in the money for the company Follow through on promises
