    Pros

    The work is fun and management is supportive of employees and their work-life balance. The input of individual contributors is respected, for the most part.

    Cons

    Planning is not a strength. Major projects were tackled without proper resource allocation while projects that had not been shown to be significant sources of revenue generation were allowed to continue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The culture shift that is in process needs to be allowed time to play out. Change will be for the better but it will not happen over night.
