“When will the corporate greed end?”
I have been working at Niagara Bottling
Pros – They say it is good place to work. who are they?
Cons – There is no work/life balance. you become a corporate slave.
Advice to Senior Management – To Andy Peykoff (as a human, not as a CEO): When it comes to compensation, the company is fixed and limited about it. But when it comes to employees, they are expected to put more hours than the stipulated 8 hours. Why? In all your conscience, is that fair? Why not pay by hourly rate and be fair so that they get paid for the amount of work they do?
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
