Pros

A very diverse environment where for the most art employees were able to get along with each other. Management was not very strict on time and attendance. Company is very generous when it comes to offering jobs to people, whether it be and outsider or a friend.

Cons

Where do I begin...the "office" was highly disorganized. Boxes, clothes and miscellaneous supplies cramping up the work space.
Lack of communication within all departments. Little to no training. Lack of team work but if someone screws up on their own projects, they will not hesitate to to burden others with trying to fix it. Tense and stressful work environment, it seems like everyone is afraid to voice their opinion when things go awry. Ridiculously outdated computer programs/systems.
Plenty of older employees who will bother you with troubleshooting the computers and copy machines. Turn rate was very high; for every one person that was hired, 2 to 3 disgruntled employees parted ways, leaving a messy work load with no communication left behind.
Managers acted as if it is a privilege to work for the company. Lots of shouting matches and nasty attitudes between Upper Management and employees.

Advice to Management

Please remember that in order to run a business successfully you must development a team of people who are knowledgeable, positive and shares the same vision.Yelling and screaming creates a horrible work environment for all employees and low morale equals lackluster productivity.

    Pros

Gets your foot in the door of a fashion company and there is room for upward career movement because the company is so small. There are also some really nice people, if you have the time to get to know them. The CEO is a very smart woman with a lot of experience and you can learn from her.

    Cons

All employees seem unhappy and dissatisfied with job. Communication between people in different parts of the company is always a problem. Additionally, there is little to no technology in use (besides basic computer programs) so there are always problems with orders, organization and inventory. People become very stressed out because of this.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees' ideas, they have some good ones. Also, please invest in technology that keeps track of inventory. Offer more employee bonding events.
