Nine Points Management & Research Employee Review

Pros – Very lively manager with a good track record. Wasnt given the exposure to the industry like I had hoped; hard sales and a numbers game. No clue what the AUM was because the manager would never disclose. Good learning experience if you need some of the sales basics.

Cons – Hit myself and collegues on a personal level. High turnover for employees. Comp plan never came to fruition.

Advice to Senior Management – Im in no position to give advice.
