Pros

In the age of downsizing and group death insurance with high premiums, I can honestly say they have a good package of benefits that won't take a chunk out of your paycheck!

Cons

No free drinks but the Cafe rocks!

    Pros

All employees are brilliant and serious hard workers. You can enjoy working with them and get stimulated by them.

You can work hard as you like except crunch time.
If you want to go to home for your private life, you can go home at 5:30.
If you want to work hard, you can work until 10 p.m.
That depends on you. But most employees work till late for their responsibilities.
Allowance for overtime work are all paid.

There is no layoffs and If you fail in the business, you are not fired or moved to another department.
    Lifetime employment is assured.

    Cons

No flexible-hours. No job training. You have to consider your career yourself and train yourself on your own.

    Advice to Management

Show your vision to employees. Employees sometimes can't understand how decisions of management has been made. Communicate with employees well.
