Current Employee – been working at Nippon Express USA
Pros – A lot of overtime during fall and winter seasons. Staff that has been woking there for a while are old and very sour towards others within the company for some reason.
Cons – No room for advancement if you are a minority. Bad benefits and overtime hours are cut during spring and summer months.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn to keep the good employees you have and compensate them better. Also, keep the management staff a little diverse because it only consists of Caucasian and Japanese men.
