Not a place to work for more than a year. Working here until retirement is something you really don't want to do.

    Pros

You don't need good ability to get promoted. All you need is a good "LUCK" and be a real good flatterer.

    Cons

No motivation whatsoever. Drivers, sales, warehouse and office ladies all have 0 motivation. Management class doesn't know how to motivate their employees.
    No future vision.
The management class cares only about the sales amount of current month!!! Nothing more!!!
The sales amount will affect management class only, nothing much to the each sales!!!
The company doesn't have system to provide a good working environment.
The company has been sued several times for various reasons from employees and also from interviewees!! Search the internet for details!

    Advice to Management

Think more and take better care of your employees. Hire high school graduates, not undergraduates!

    Pros

The best reasons to work for Nishimoto Trading is that you can become multi-tasking and efficient, get used to working for long hours, and if you need an H1-B, get a full sponsorship for that. A great step up company if you are hard-working and thinking about working at another company with a good pay but you currently do not have the sufficient skills and knowledge to get qualified.

    Cons

The pay seems so low to you if you work hard. The people do not have a decent command of the English language. So you must be able to speak Japanese.

    Advice to Management

Pay more to its hard-working employees. Buy a better infrastructure. Make products catalogs. Develop the websites, Do not stay within the very tiny Japanese society in the US. You can do better!!
