Worst Layoff policy.Extremly poor work ethics.
Penny wise and Pound foolish Japanese Management.

Look at long term goals and work towards the same.

    maybe salary.
     international environment.
    fast changing environment
    if you an "ass-licker" - you will progress.

    Cons

    a lot of unprofessionalism among the employees.
    HR department is rather creating problems then helping.
    People are not educated and not receiving take-overs when newly employed.
    No information sharing or storage.
    A lot of hires are dumm by their nature, they do not understand the processes. Hard to work with those people.
    Very disorganized structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To take leadership and management training!
    Make less coffee breaks and work more.
