Pros- Compensation is good: the salary is higher than those of some industries in Taiwan
- Secure environment
- Respect the seniors: employees do not worry too much about retirement

Cons- Decentralized decision-making
- Encourage people work hard but not work smart
- Does not emphasize the value of team-work

Advice to Senior Management- Give more incentives to make employees work like a team
