Prosgreat pay, meet strong people, great retail work experience and great networking capabilities. management training is great and alot of role playing is done to promote employees to work hard to get promoted.

Conslong hours, no holidays off, you can not call in for anything (unless you are dead, then you need to schedule that day off)

Advice to Senior Managementtake care of employees, treat everyone as if they will be your next boss, try to remember that employees needlives too!
