Pros

Nissan makes amazing products that everyone can enjoy. Nissan VEHICLES do no get the respect do to a lack of advertising

Cons

Just like any company... There are many cons... Nissan is political. Nissan is full of rotational employees, so if you are not identified as one of those immediately. Be prepared to wait for a promotion

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn who your employees are... take time to actually get to know them, and maybe then you can accurately provide feedback when it comes to review time, rather than just asking other directors what the norm should be

    Pros

Nissan is strong managing their inventory. Some of the management team are very good, especially on the marketing planning side. Compensation is middle of the road.

    Cons

Politics plays quite a big role at Nissan. If you are unfortunate enough to get assigned to the wrong team, your life can be miserable. Teamwork only exists in limited quantities, instead be prepared to cover your back at all times. Backstabbing is a sport here,.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior Management should be more careful in selecting their middle managers. While some are truly outstanding, others just pursue their politics and promote their cliques.
