“Nite Ize - a great place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Nite Ize full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Growing company (in spite of the economic downturn, great coworkers, interesting work, regular raises. Opportunity for advancement, as the company is still expanding & growing (several have found a different niche here than when they started, and most love it!).
Cons – The pay rate didn't start out as high as I would have liked, but the raises have been pretty regular & well. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic here (& sometimes boring!), but I like it.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing. Happy employee here :-).
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
