Disapproves of CEO

Pros

-Brainless work -Time off often granted I'm a long time employee and other than the two things above I have no other positive things to say about Noah's...I don't even know why I'm still working for such a horrible corporation.

Cons

-Very uneducated employees that do not care about anyone at all -Horrible communication between managers and also their superiors -Bad pay -Raises hardly ever given Overall this company shows complete disregard for all employees including management and treats you like you are worthless

Advice to Management

Maybe if you treated your employees like humans your business would actually perform well. Managers have horrible training and have no idea how to do their job but obviously you don't know how either.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good hours, meet lots of great people. Opportunity for personal growth. Experience running a legitimate business in a retail environment.

    Cons

Corporate management felt that they knew better than anyone else what was best for their franchisees. Never took into consideration suggestions from the people in the trenches. Menu was too large, food costs too high, support was minimal.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your franchisees. They are the ones that are out there every day working the system. If they are telling you something isn't working, help them fix it. Stop being a follower and start being a leader in the QSR category.
