Land Department

Land Department (Current Employee)
Canonsburg, PA

ProsSalaries are on the higher end and benefits package is excellent, but not enough to make everything else bearable.

ConsWelcome to Corporate Politics. If you sign up here, be ready to play the game. The land department is a disaster. Upper management has no idea that this branch of the company is a rogue beast and does not reflect the culture and values that Noble was built upon and that they sell to you when you hire on.

Advice to Senior ManagementTeach HR what the land department does and staff better. All the recent college grads that have no real world experience will never get the inventory you are hoping for. Project managers that have never taken a lease? Probably not the best choice.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
