“Nobodys care about you. Get out fast!”
Former Employee – worked at Noble Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – The salary is a little higher than market pays. There are a lot of new people.
Cons – There are no company culture. What is said, is not what is done. Bonuses are very difficult to achieve.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to study more. Ready about the new methodologies of leadership. People are not a piece of sh****. Get more respect.
