    Pros: Flat organization without national/cultura boundaries and possibility to grow professionally inside the company, changing between differents areas, used to be the "carrots" to… Cons: Focus on most important asset in a service company, i.e. people, has been lost. Individual dedication and effort is not anymore valued or seen, all… Advice to Senior Management: Sometimes check how your decisions are executed in the countries… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
