ProsNice workplace and environment, friendly managers, competitve salary (but not very high), opportunity to learn solid software engineering practices and modern technology (LTE)

Conssometimes corporarion cons (boring meeting, pointless trainings, stupid managers, incompetent coworkers), can drain motivation and joy

Advice to Senior Managementreward people to their results and competence, don't interfere with their way of working
