Pros

generous vacation leave, family health leave and personal floating day off. work from home. 8% 401k match. good family-life balance.

Cons

poor line management up to higher management. Line management has poor competence on the products being supported by the group.

Advice to Management

Change US Leadership team. Get people from a winning company and not from the company that was gone today.

    Pros

    Friendly people to work with
Great place to work if you want to come to the US from another company - they give away green cards like they were sales flyers
    Great salaries

    Cons

Terrible equipment (old laptops are recycled even when they are out of warranty with little or no IT Support)
Terrible leadership - completely dysfunctional leadership teams
    Constant Lay-Offs

    Advice to Management

To the executives - Be honest with yourself and look around. Stop making promises to employees that you can't keep. Quit being such wimps and stand up to "global". Quit spending so much time money and effort on people that only do excel and powerpoint presentations for a living and actually know how to manage people!
