Nokia Employee Review

I worked at Nokia full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great place to work. Management is good, Culture is amazing and depth of employee skill set ranks with companies like google, apple etc.

Cons – A lot of the employees have not worked any where else and don't know how good they have it. Other problem is company's market share issues.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work and keep your eye on the prize

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
