Great culture, but lots of layoffs and expect to move every 2 years.

I have been working at Nokia full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Generally a good work environment. Smart people and not a lot of politics.

    Cons

Company moves people around the country/world frequently. Very disruptive to one's life. Also sales are not doing well so there are frequent re-orgs and layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Until company stabilizes stop moving people. It's burning through your cash and people don't want to move for an unstable company. Lots of stories of people that moved and then get laid off 6 months later.
