Nokia Employee Review

I have been working at Nokia full-time for less than a year

Pros – Flexible working hours and work from home options. Good work culture overall.

Cons – Salary is not competitive I feel. No bonus too.

Advice to Senior Management – I understand how Nokia is striving so hard to face its competitors. The efforts and reults are increasing day by day. All internal employees have a strong liking to the products and we consider ourselves its proud users. I guess the Management can concentrate on how to attract very talented people by proving a much better salary and benefits if possible.
