The bureaucracy is a little much sometimes
Not enough opportunity for personal growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more decisive--pick a solid strategy and see it through. Also, when aiming for a moving target you need to shoot where it's going to be, not where it's already been.

I have been working at Nokia full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Flat management structure and flexible working hours in a international environment and culture. Open minded and you are expected to make a difference, possibility to work abroad as the company has 40.000 employe spreed over the world. it is a good place to start after graduate as Nokia still get's allot young talent in which can give you the young spirit

    Cons

Times of austerity makes people development hard as all spending 's are being challenged, the business in the mobile world is in general not that fun anymore due to the many competitors in the marked. Not the most motivated place to work, as the last years has been tough on the economic site. Management are mostly very talented engineers that got management positions, which gives a lack of leadership in some areas
