I have been working at Nokia full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good working atmosphere, enough freedom to get on and do your job. Truly international company. Chance to learn and grow.

    Cons

Only downside was the unfortunate turn in events which led to my redundancy in 2012 .

I have been working at Nokia full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Amazing Culture
    Great set of Values
    Opportunities are great
    Very open work culture
    Great work-life balance
Open door policy - so you can talk or email to anyone at any time.

    Cons

Decision making not agile - this is now changing, but not quick enough
Technology company that missed several buses, hence struggling now...
Many sr. leaders have been with the company for so many years that they have a boxed in thinking - never have they seen competition or how others operate - they only know one way to operate, and that is theirs..but this is changing - but again very slowly.
