Still doing very well compared to competitors, no need to worry about loosing job if you do your job decently. Excellent place to work if you don't have family.

Cons

Nokia has a top class HR that really knows how to use stick and carrot. Disconnecting families. No salary rises even if Job Grade is rising. Really unmotivating place to work for any innovative person.

Advice to Senior Management

Innovation can not be forced.
