I worked at Nokia Siemens Networks full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Good company with lots of opportunity for young engineer who are ready to work. Pay is decent with benefits.

Cons – Poor management and constant restructuring. The middle management is too big. To many job title with useless description. The organization needs more discipline and focus.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop changing mode of operating every six month. It shows instability to your customer. Make sure you CMO guys are well trained to satisfy customer not just hiring a consultant.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
