Nokia Siemens Networks – “UTRAN support engineer”

Pros

I had opportunity to travel quite a lot with Nokia Siemens Networks and that gave me quite a good idea of what are my abilites compared to other ppl to other countries.

Cons

Unfortunately the company is moving all of its manufacturing, most the services, delevlopment and so to places like china, portugal, india and poland. The market is highly competitive and very few people are in reality required to support large networks. Salaries, benefits and so on are just getting lower. Morever the company is more and more externalizing most of its technical expertise.
