Current Employee – been working at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management

Pros – Great Company. I worked at a hedge fund under nomura which was great. Freedom given is immense. All in all a great experience.

Cons – Well for an intern you sometiems get lost in the talk amongst trader with no one really explaining anything to a new comer.

Advice to Senior Management – Be frank, work hard and try and put in the long hours. They give you your time but expect results
