Current Employee – been working at Nomura Holdings

Pros – Good Salary and opppurtunity to Stay in India. Also you will get a good access to the Front office roles provided you have a supportive management.

Cons – Very bureaucratic management system. Nomura acquired best talent in India from Lehman brothers but the management is so poor that most of them have left.

Advice to Senior Management – Get people who work not who consider their job is to make other work. Every one is smart enough to do the job to the best. And get more IITian in management.
