    Pros

-Good culture for providing the employees the required exposure in terms of training and other material needed for individual growth.
    - Exposure to various financial products in India and Indian markets offshore
    -very employee-friendly environment.
-Nice office, bus service, decent food at cafeteria

    Cons

    -slow comparing to other IBs
    -bad management and less growt
-For IT it is a back office job.Major decisions are driven by teams in US,London and Tokyo
-The organization/senior management feels pretty stressed to appreciate and give accolades to the employees

    Advice to Management

skip level meetings should be given due importance so as the senior management is well aware of the ground reality and does not just take decisions on the basis of assumptions they bear in mind.
Management can take more aggressive steps to ensure merit gets not only recognized but rewarded too.
