I have been working at Nordia

ProsIt's great pay for customer service work. You get the feeling of empowerment from helping people with disabilities. You get to help people with speech impediments or deaf. Learn sign language and listening in on daily lives. Of course, everyone is professional enough not to discuss it outside of work. It is a well respected rule.

Most of the team managers are professional and good at what they do. There are bad fruits, but so far, my experiences had been great and I remained friends with a few of them after leaving Nordia. You also get to move up the chain of command to the other call centers and eventually manage one yourself.

ConsA lot of the calls you assists in are frauds and prisoners, but you have to remain neutral. Kind of a drag in the long run.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop hiring high school kids so you can stop treating them like high school kids.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
