    Pros

Nordson has very good people working here. It is easy to get along with everyone. It has good flexibility and give you a good amount of freedom in your work.

    Cons

Salary review are horible. Raises are poor. It is not common to get a raise when you get a promotion. In order to give a higher raise to one person, someone else has to get a lower raise, even if everyone is a high performer. You are not rewarded for good work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People that work at Nordson should be rewarded for good work and they should be compensated according to the work that they do. Raises should not come out of a "pool".
