I worked extrememly long hours which when divided by my salary; was not enough to keep me around.

ProsThe travel and exposure to fashion.

Consthe long hours. On your feet constantly. Low level education of peers. Young workers getting younger. Giving up many years of holidays spent with your family due to work expectations.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's not all about competition in the workplace.
