“Fast paced and educational”
Current Employee – been working at Nordstrom
Pros – Got to learn about how to combine different clothing styles. Some people do help you build your customer basis.
Cons – Very competitive and cutthroat. Some people will flat out steal your customers and that is a problem. There are some people will come to different departments that do not know about that specific department and sell the customer wrong things.
Advice to Senior Management – The economy stinks and every single persons sales numbers are down, by getting rid of people who are under the bar and replacing them do not help.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
