“Phenomenal, rewarding, friendly work environment.”
I have been working at Nordstrom
Pros – The trust, the tools and the support you are offered to run your own business and set the pace to achieve success for yourself and the company.
Cons – Occasionally working with people who are negative and constantly resisting change, while working in a fast-paced constantly changing, positive work environment.
Advice to Senior Management – I left Nordstrom a few years ago and went back to working there recently, only to find it amazingly improved in so many ways, but especially in terms of using technology to improve service and drive business. Please keep doing what you're doing, you're doing a fantastic job!
