    Pros

They train you in customer service and it helps when looking for jobs after you leave because they know you have great customer service skills.

    Cons

If you work part time it takes twice as long to get a pay raise. Which sucks, I would rather have it be based on merit because people who are ranked below you make more money than you do.

    Pros

Really good place to start, and a great job as a college students. Provides a really quick learning curve and a competitive area to work in.

    Cons

Being fully-commission based salaried, there are times it's hard to put the customers best interest first. You have to think about how every decision effects you as an individual.

    Advice to Management

Try to be more open with employees and more aware of issues.
