    OK Discount, Managers approchable, "Open Door Policy," Promote from within, and great learning experience.

    Cons

    Multiple managers dealing with confusion, policy change, strict clothing/uniform, and MICROMANAGING.

    Clothing/uniform that's mandatory dosnt express the creative ideas we can share with our customers. WE LOOK LIKE EVERY OTHER RETAIL STORE..
