Fun, fast paced environment, exciting events, great company to work for.

Cons

No specific guidelines for advancement, assistants not recognized for hard work or achievements. Several required tasks to complete and little to no time to complete them. Long hours and little work life balance.

Focus a little less on your own advancement and put more effort into developing future leaders.

    Pros

    Fellow employees are the best!. Good salary and benefits. Respect from bosses and fellow employees alike. The ability to run my department with minimum intrusion. Great opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    Work load was sometimes too much for amount of staff I had on my team.

    Continue to have the open door policy. Really listen to your employees when they have advice to improve a situation.
