    Pros

Awesome pays and wonderful benefits. It was a fun job that went by fast. It is a great job to have on resume and it also helps boost confidence.

    Cons

Retail hours are horrible. Worked long days and closing was never fun. It is a very fast pace environment that promotes competition.

    Pros

The pay is great for a college student! Breaks are very generous-you can take an hour! Also, the discount is amazing.

    Cons

It's exhausting and hard work. Make sure your manager likes you, otherwise they will not treat you fairly.

    Advice to Management

Put yourself in our shoes. If a manager obviously isn't treating an employee fairly, enact consequences.
