On the right track.

Business Analyst (Current Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsNordstrom is determined to be a leader in the industry. They already have customer service and full price sales figured out. They're working hard to improve the rest. The tech team has struggles, but they're working through it- not just driving hard down the wrong path. I feel good working for Nordstrom.

ConsThe technology has a long way to go. The systems are old and homegrown. Tech leadership is in flux and always seems to be.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep moving. We're not there yet, but I'm optimistic!
