ProsGreat pay and decent benefits. Reasonable discount.

ConsYou're never really in control of your own department and you get blamed for their mistakes. There are a lot of no win situations. Also they constantly hire outside the company. You have to be a butt kisser with upper management or know someone well enough to ever be considered to move up or move to another department or store.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire your own, experienced workers for management positions. be smarter than the numbers, you can't efficiently run a department based purely off of data.
