Pros
discount, culture is more relaxed than competitors, buying is getting better, people, atmosphere
Cons
politics, senior management issues, no trust in employees even though they empower us to use our best judgment...
Advice to Senior Management
listen to employees more, keep an open mind, open all job opportunities to everyone and anyone
