Pros

I have worked in 3 position in over 3 years this is my point of view of the company if you work in the restaurant/ coffee division. Store discount, benefits, flexibility with schedule, daily tips,Cafe/Coffee Bar employess can eat for 50% off when on shift.

Cons

Management or lead positions do not get any training in proper communication skills. Others will get promoted because of seniority not for their merits. Sales or store management over looks food service employees, not respected as much as those on the sales floor.

Advice to Management

They should promote from within and pay more attention to prior or continuing education.Treat your employees fairly. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

    Pros

    Benefits and discounts are good

    Cons

    - Spa Techs: Massage therapists especially, have no breaks working 7-8hrs shifts on some days which is illegal, some of the spa techs are very unclean and unsanitary, spa manager will push product sales over quality and retention of treatments and clientele, not enough training to learn all the treatments by protocol, if you refuse to do a treatment you were not trained on the manager will hold it against you, manager is very condescending and unorganized. Don't let the manager see your frustrated over flow and management of the spa because then the manager will take it personal it will be grounds to get fired. Speaking up against overbooking, getting no lunch breaks, and upholding your integrity as a licensed massage therapist will get you fired and labeled as a person who is retaliating against the company policies.

  2. Nice job for a student

    Advice to Management

    Chill.
