    Unstable finances and market credibility. Also increasing losses every year

    Pros

    Paid well. Trained well. Was proud, at one time, to work for them.

    Cons

    Sold there people out! We had a great product, and because of greed, we lost everything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start issuing write ups to the workers who don't work, and stop leaning on the ones who do.
