broad technology base to learn, some smart engineers
Cons
1 person's work split into 2, too much specialized
not good at developing people, constantly in surviving mode after 2001
incompetent managers
slow moving culture and old boy's club
Advice to Senior Management
transparency, fairness and learn your crap.
